Class Types
Fundamentals:
55-minute power yoga class. Appropriate for practitioners seeking to focus on the foundationals: breath, gaze, and alignment. Regardless of level students can expect to be challenged, build endurance, and experience a more meditative state. This class is heated to 80°F and is led with music.


All Levels:55-minute power yoga class. I offer modifications for beginners and variations for the more experienced. My goal is to empower and inspire students to progress in their practice.  This class is heated to 80°F and is led with music.
